Hello my Halloween friends,
I know this might not be in your wheel house but I figured I would try since we need some help. Meet Custard she is part of our new Cottage Critters (TM) line she is first in a series and launched this past Friday and is currently 25% funded.
We have plush, pins, stickers, a coin purse and some stretch goals planned should we hit our goal. I know I see some of you there already but I hope some who may not follow me or know about the current project join us today. Thanks so much and have a wonderful day!

Kickstarter packing complete

Hi Everyone,
I worked through the weekend to get all of the parcels packed and together to ship out as soon as they could. This morning we dropped off the last of the parcels to UPS and USPS. We had USPS pick up a load Saturday and we took two trips to UPS yesterday. Many items shipped Saturday and are already on their way to you. Johnnie stood in an out the door line twice to get some items out via UPS Sunday. As of now everything is out the door.
A couple of things:
Your parcel will ship EITHER USPS or UPS. This was determined by weight or distance. Any tracking with all numbers is USPS priority, anything containing a letter 'Z' is UPS.
My website, backerkit AND Kickstarter is sending you tracking. My shopify site should give you an out ffor delivery email. It is up to YOU to track your parcel. Once it is out of my hands my responsibility ends. If you need assistance with your parcel let us know but please be patient this is a ridiculously busy time of the year.
The bags are inside of a dust bag, inside of a plastic bag for protection. Your STRAP is in the BAG at the very bottom.
All add ons are inside the carton, some may shift in transit. Please dump out the box entirely to make sure you didn't miss anything.
We have 3 backers who never filled out the Survey. You will forefit your items if you do not fill out your survey today. I have been trying to contact you since August. We will not issue refunds.
Anyone who wants additional bags will be able to purchase one on our website this afternoon or during to night's Pop Shop live. We will be live at 8pm EST on Pop Shop. AshEvansArt is my seller handle.
I want to thank you all for your kind patience with this project. You have all been the best behaved bunch yet and a dream to work with so thank you so much. Please keep in touch with us on socials. I put media cards in all of your packages.
I am working on a new Halloween bag so there will be a new design in 2023.

Bags and inserts have arrived!

Hello everyone,
After getting stuck in terrible weather in the middle of the country our ITA bags are finally here! I am currently opening and checking cartons and we will begin shipping today!
My post office closes in about an hour so I am going to get out as many as I can before it does. Our regular pickup guy comes in the late afternoon/evening so we will have two waves going out. I will pack all day today and everything remaining will ship on Monday.
You will be sent tracking through backerkit and on Kickstarter when your bag ships.
I will post again with photos later and also when I have completed shipping. Thank you all for your patience with the COVID lockdown delays. It really reduced the amount of stress I had even though I was really stressed about it. I didn't want you all to be disappointed. I've opened one and it looks amazing.

Bags have cleared customs!

Hi Everyone,
I have been informed our bags have cleared customs. They are in a port in CA and will be on their way to me via UPS very soon. I am checking tracking info hourly. I am currently assembling all the boxes for our shipments. There are 78 parcels we have to send out. I have a plan in place for parcel pickup and we should have bags and items packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of our receipt of the items barring any issues with damage etc.
You all will be sent tracking via Backerkit AND I will DM you through Kickstarter. It is your job to keep an eye out for it, we are not responsible for lost/stolen parcels. If anyone has not filled out their survey by the time this project is fully filled we will not hold your items. I have been asking for months for you all to fill out an address and make selections. You agreed to pay for the project so no refunds will be issued. That being said there are 8 of you who have still not filled out a survey.
Addresses are locked, if anyone has issue with that please message me now as we are importing your info to print shipping labels soon.
As for packaging please check inside of your bag for the straps and depending on how safe I feel it is pins and extras may be in the bags as well so theres nothing creating friction outside of the bags during shipment. I will decide what is best on an order to order basis to ensure your items arrive to you in pristine condition.
